At STATÜR, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our refund and return policies below.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and inserts included.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at VIPService@StaturSkin.com with your order number and reason for return. We may ask for photos to help speed up the process. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
- If your return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, we’ll cover return shipping.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 business days.
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
If your refund is delayed, please check with your payment provider first, then contact us at VIPService@StaturSkin.com.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact VIPService@StaturSkin.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at VIPService@StaturSkin.com. Include your order number and clear photos so we can make it right quickly.
Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective or required by law:
- Final sale / clearance items
- Gift cards
- Digital products / downloadable items
- Personalized or custom-made items
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company—processing times vary.
- Contact your bank—there may be a posting delay.
